All the lights on dash come on but won't even turn over the battery is

I've done every possible thing you can do even jump started the fuel pump relay and the crank relay and jump started the starter Ive checked all fuses and even the ones I didn't think we're blown replaced all and relays and it still won't do anything. When I get in and turn the key all lights come on but it will not turn over or make noise I'm at a loss THe Fuel pump relay still won't cut on and I even replaced it too

Does your car have a factory antitheft system like Passlock with an indicator in the instrument panel? Aftermarket security system? Factory security may disable the starting system and/or part of the electronic fuel injection system to prevent theft by turning on a security indicator. Security modes may be; on, off, blinking, flashing. If main power (battery, battery cables and theor connections) have severe corrosion, this may interfere with power getting to the starter.

Out of curiosity, have you tried jumping the starter solenoid directly to the battery to verify the starter actually works?

Lindsey Mahaffey when you say that "all lights come on" do you mean all of them or just the ones that are supposed to come on? All lights is not always a good thing and could be an issue with your PCM. What exact year is it and what engine size?

On the back side of your engine there is a braided ground strap. It runs from the engine block to the firewall near the brake fluid reservoir... It is corroded.... Make sure your clean the grounding points and secure the strap, you're vehicle will crank right up
