I need to replace the display screen on a Lenovo V14-ADA. Is there a tear down for this machine?

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop, taken from this support webpage.
Go to p.62 to view the steps to remove/replace the LCD unit.
Here's the parts list for the laptop. Click on Select Commodity > LCD panels (11) to view the part numbers for all the panels available for the model series. The part number should be on the back of the panel if you wish to verify that you're getting the same one.
Search online using the part number only to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
