Are you using a commercially made CD or a home made CD e.g. CD-R, CD-RW etc?

Does this occur with all CDs or only the one?

There could be many reasons your music system is not playing videos or songs.

  • A Cd drive or flash drive is hard to read or detect by a music player.
  • There might be some scratch on Cd that cause the issue with playing the music.
  • Try to play some other Cd and then check whether it's working or not.
