Cracked Screen out of the box...can't find receipt...
Hello, we purchased a t.v. and didn't open it until 8-9 months later. The screen is cracked, Target won't exchange it because it has been over a month and we can't find the receipt. I think it was put on a card we no longer use because Target couldn't pull up the transaction.
It was purchased at the North Little Rock, AR Target.
It should still be under warranty. Will RCA repair for us.
