iPhones 11 smell like nail polish - What is the real cause?
I wanted to switch from my iPhone 7 to the iPhone 11. I got 3 iPhones in total. Every one smelled strong like nail polish, alcohol and light sweet.
I was pretty sure that this smell came from some damaged battery so I replaced them.
Now the third iPhone still has this slight smell when smelling the charging port
To my questions:
- Is this smell really from damaged batteries or from something else (new adhesive, that isn't odorless anymore?)
- If 1: What the f**k: 3 iPhones and everyone has an issue?! What are the odds...?! Is there some production issue with some iPhones?
- Should I replace this third one, too?
Thank you guys for your help!

@zeniman where did you get the phones from? Any possibility they have been opened before? New LCD?

No, all three are 100% new and from either Apple directly or some big reseller.
