After iPhone xs max screen replacement the keys press themselves.

I did a screen replacement on the iPhone XS Max.

After the screen replacement, the bottom of the screen does not work properly and it seems like it is constantly pressing the keys by itself.

It is most likely a faulty screen but keep in mind that the XS touch connector is located on the bottom board and the CPU and GPU are on the top board. The top and bottom board are connected by the interposer board. If the phone has had a hard drop it can crack the solder pads between the two boards.

· Check the connectors are seated properly.

· Return the screen for a replacement or try and test the screen on another XS.
