hello Max,
trueTone must be programmed, it is not a component of a new screen, even the original one. If you want to really enjoy your phone, buy a used original from disassembly. They can be purchased at auction sites around the world. Unfortunately, the prices are different, you have to look for a suitable offer. The quality of Chinese replacements is dramatically bad for older models (bumps, pale colors, touch problems, strange vertical and horizontal lines visible at certain angles - mesh resistance touch function). The most painful, however, is the sharp edges of the frame, the elements falling off and the mismatch in dimensions.
An alternative for some (which I urge you to do) may be a screen replacement at an authorized repair center. The price of around $ 200 is high but it solves all problems with compatibility, warranty, durability, trueton and everything else.

thank you for come so fast with a response. replace the screen is fun to do, then the battery, and back glass to... i think is better to buy another one, because i'm not certain of the quality of each parts, thats a shame to see so much offers, but so less quality. there is a market for, so why not propose a transparent and clear quality label...
anyway, thanks for your explanation it's clear to me now. best regards
,
