iFixit Battery no longer detected
I just installed a ifixit battery i purchased off amazon into a macbook air 2017.

It showed sold and shipped by ifixit so im assuming i got a good one.
I did the calibration instructions when i installed it and it seemed to be working great and had good run time. The problem I am having with it is after 3 days the battery is no longer detected by the laptop and just shuts off if i unplug the power.
When i first installed it it did show the battery information but now it shows no battery is even installed even after multiple SMC and PRAM resets. I also disconnected the battery and reconnected it which didnt help.
I did have the computer update from big sur 11.3 to 11.6.2 the next day. The teacher probably had it plugged in all day so i dont know if it happened right after the update.
Is there anything else I can try? Do I send the battery back to amazon or can i send it to ifixit for a replacement?

What does your paperwork say? Source of the shipment. The seller of the battery needs to take ownership of the warranty if there is one.

I added a photo to the top post. The box looked offical and the tracking number was provided by ifixit so im sure it ok.
When i first installed it and charged it after the discharging, it shows 1 cycle count .
