Why can't I find a back cover?

I had to replace the charging port on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and unfortunately tore the heck out of the back panel. The sku is SMT537VYKA and I cannot seem to find a direct replacement. Is this this back panel interchangeable with others?
