MBP 16" 2019 - SSD chips changed, how to bypass T2 chip?
Hi,
My MacBook Pro 16” from 2019 died because of a SSD short circuit. I had and independent reparator look at it and they swapped out the dead SSD chips with new ones (they unsoldered the older one and soldered new ones).
Now the Mac does accept power (touch pad clicking) whereas it did not before the ssd chips were replaced, but they told me due to Apple’s T2 chip it wouldn’t boot.
Is there any way to bypass this chip or reset it?
Currently the Mac screen is black, tried using Apple Configurator but got error: The operation couldn’t be completed. (AMRestoreErrorDomain error 6 - Failed to handle message type StatusMsg (Operation failed)) [AMRestoreErrorDomain – 0x6 (6)]
