Whirlpool Powerclean 6th sense WI 7020 PEF

The arm that automatically opens the door for air-drying is stuck. It won’t go back in, and I can’t close the door. I tried unplugging my dishwasher for a minute to reset it, but that didn’t help. What should I do?
