The phone is actually an iPhone SE second generation, not first

Can you post a picture of the charger tip stuck in the phone?

I’m assuming the tip of the charger is stuck in the charge port. If you’ve got a pair of fine tipped tweezers or even a set of metal dental picks you should be able to retrieve it. If not, call around local repair shops and ask if they offer charge port cleaning or removal. Some shops do and some will only replace the port. If it can’t be retrieved or if the port gets damaged you’ll need to replace it. Or if the tip of the charger sticks out enough you can get a pair of vice grip pliers and that’ll get it right out.
