Yes, both of those connectors are for the touchbar. The one with the arrow pointing to it is for touchbar display. And the one immediately next to it is for touch bar touch functions. So the touch bar my actually be working, you just can’t see what’s on the display.

@rdxw10 I'm not sure you'll be able to find the cable independent of the touch bar itself. I'm not sure how it connects to the touch bar, it may not be something that is replaceable by itself, at least not easily.

The 2020 models changed the touchbar a bit, made a dedicated escape key rather than it being integrated, and separated the touch id/power button visually from the touch bar (on previous models it was meant to look contiguous). I have seen the touchbar part sold independently, but not as commonly as older models and not just the cable.

Let’s make sure we are talking about the correct cable review Step 19 in this guide MacBook Pro 13" Four Thunderbolt Ports 2020 Headphone Jack Replacement If thats the cable then this is the part MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Mid 2018-2019) Headphone Jack

But you talk about the TouchBar is not working so clearly thats not the issue. Can you tell us a bit more here. Is the display not working or the touch surface? Maybe post your own picture Vs the guide image which is not for this exact system Adding images to an existing question

Definitely not a headphone jack location. Touchbar completely dead. I searched " touchbar connector" many options pops up but nothing matches to this cable, it might be coming with the complete string connector

@rdxw10 - Can you post your own image of the cable if its damaged. Otherwise we are shooting in the dark as it could be too many possibilities.

Best to find someone local who has the deeper skills to diagnose what the problem is and fix it.
