So I’ve been trying for a few days now to get this bolt off and can’t do it. I’ve tried multiple extensions and swivel sockets along with the 5mm hex socket drive. The inside torx is stripped but the 10mm is not I can’t get the right angle for it to hold onto the bolt. Could I somehow weld something to the bolt??

Welding something to it is not a good idea.
A shallow socket and the right swivel and extension along with an impact driver should do it.
