passenger rear won't bleed or brake

2002 Malibu drum rear brakes. driver side bleeds fine. fronts bleed fine. only the back passenger will not bleed. pedal is firm. brake and abs lights are obviously on due to no fluid pressure detected.
would this be the ABS module valve sticking? or a stubborn air pocket? The back brakes and bearings are fully new and were working. Lines were shop replaced. new master cylinder. only thing not new is ABS and front calipers. It was a squishy pedal but repeated pumps firmed it up but still not able to get fluid to back passenger brake. the pedal being firm and no fluid to just this one tire got me stumped.

Check for a pinched or clogged brake line. Check master cylinder to be sure fluid is flowing from brake line connection.

Agreed. It isn't an air bubble. Pedal wouldn't be firm if there were air.

that is why i am confused. the lines are brand new and I have verified they are not kinked or bent in any way.

I do have a vacmaster supposed to arrive tomorrow. but here a a touch of addition info. I had to replace the master brake cylinder as the seals went out. bench bled it. attached line. bled all the lines and other lines bleed just fine. this last one nothing not even air came out. we kept attempting to bleed it with car off. after about 2dozen tries the pedal instantly went hard even if the bleeder was open. still nothing came out of the line. took bleeder off and it wasn't clogged. can it possible be a stuck valve in the abs distro box under the magnetic solenoids? is there a way to unscrew these to check the pins and clear passage if it did get debris in it? I should also add the lines were replaced at a shop and they also rechecked them.

Well it was a stuck valve. a air pocket somehow created enough pressure in the valve chamber to prevent it from reopening or sticking from no lubrication. I had to vacuum it in reverse to free it up. obviously with a line in a tank on the back tire. it may even have been fine particles in the fluid if this one had a screen but I didn't really check as I was just really happy it worked!
