The keyboard is very tricky to replace on its own. Its best to replace the entire uppercase assembly MacBook Air 13" (A2337, Late 2020) Upper Case with Keyboard Sadly, they are hard to come by as your system is still technically under warranty. Unless you had a spill or ripped off a bunch of keys Apple is on the hook to fix anything that is defective (not caused by you).

I would strongly recommend you find your way to an Apple Store or authorized reseller to get your system serviced if you can. Otherwise you’ll need to wait until parts become more available which could be awhile.
