I have a Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 7606 that needs a new screen. When I tried removing the lcd cable the gold pins that are connected to the system board have broke off as it was difficult to remove because of all the glue. Is there a way to fix it? My screen was working before this but just had a crack in it, now it won’t work at all!

Sylvanna Mitrevska you will need to resolder a new connector to your motherboard. There is no other way of fixing this. One of the main issues will be to find a new connector post a complete picture of your main board so we can try and identify it and try to assist you finding a proper connector.
