iPhone XS No IMEI

Hello People,

Customer Brought in an iPhone XS with NO IMEI, Took apart the board and there is a short on PP_0V9_SMPS1_BB_SRAM line. Partial short, Diode mode reads around .100 whereas it should be .209 according to ZXW. Injected voltage on the line, draws around .015 A and nothing lights up under the Thermal Camera.
