I replaced the battery on MacBook Pro 15" (Touch Bar 2017) following step by step guide and if I open the lid it will display battery icon 100% and then shuts down won't boot or do anything. Not sure what to do.

With the bottom lid removed try and power it on and look for the fans spinning. If they spin that's a good sign but if not check the power button / touch ID connection. Removing this particular battery can be a little difficult. Check for any damage to the track pad connection or cable. Sometimes it's the smallest things.

@Candido Ortiz they did spin when I plugged the power cord in a two different usb-c ports. They spun for a few seconds then stopped. You stated that that was a good sign. So now what?

@jdcohen1 Do you get anything if you press the power button and immediately start holding Command+R on the keyboard?
