Hi,

Looking at the ignition section of the 1999 Toyota Camry service manual there is one camshaft position sensor and one crankshaft position sensor in the ignition circuit. (see p.4 of 26 pdf numbering or p.1686 bottom right side of page).

There is also a flowchart (see p.14 of 26 or p.1695 onwards) that shows the ignition system checks which may help.
