worked…. for about 4 minutes and then flashed pause again

My Frigidaire Washing Machine Model FFFW5000QW0 keeps flashing pause when I turn it on. Many sites say to change out the Door Lock first and then if that does not work to change out the electrical panal. I tried a reset, unplug, hold start button for 5 seconds, the plug back in. It worked…. for about 4 minutes and then flashed pause again.

Please, share other ideas or insights to this issue. JOY! Cathy
