Repair guides for Android mobile phones manufactured by Motorola (a subsidiary of Lenovo) including cell phones, smartphones, and the popular Droid product line.

What are the model numbers of these devices?

I'm looking for a guide (screen broke) for a particular model number phone I inherited. Everything leads me to believe it's an E7, or a variant of such. Not yet sure. Regardless have yet to find repair instructions. The Model # on back cover is XT2052-6. Thanks in advance.

Hi @dannerpaint ,

Searching online for moto XT2052-6 does produce some results. Unfortunately none specify the model variant of N57C9 which I think is shown on your phone, unless this just denotes that it is made by Lenovo (see manufacturer in list under Introduction). Maybe XT2052-6 is sufficient

Here are some some examples: LCD screen, front glass

@dannerpaint if you want to see if somebody here can identify your exact model post multiple good pictures from all sides including label etc. with your QUESTION. Its difficult to get you a service manual if we can't be sure what the model is. You also picked the E7 Plus as the device but say you make the assumption that it's an E7 which makes it even more complicated. Adding images to an existing question

To answer your question about the model numbers, E7 and E7 power are XT2095 and the E7Plus is XT2081

Update 04/21/2022

@dannerpaint you are right. Not sure where I got the numbers mixed up. The model number XT2052-6 are Motorola Moto E gen 2020. I will make the proper correction for the guides as well. Here is a decent video for the LCD replacement and parts (also not really my favorite or verifiable source) are available on here

Re: OldTurkey03.... thank you for attaching instructions for Adding Images to Existing Question(s). Without which I likely would've just waited it out, till, EVENTUALLY I would've stumbled upon more accurate or detailed ( ...or specific , ...or current, ...or popular, ...or... *etc...) information. As I had already begun to do. *Photos enroute.

Also, I only posted the question under E7 Plus because I couldn't find anything (ANYWHERE) on a straight E7 Or that Model number. Sources ONLY revealed info up to Model XT2052-5!

I have now added photos of device in question. *Sorry for the delay, there were some medical issues needing attention on my end, that took precedence.

It seems that the model numbers listed even on here do not match those that are displayed on the back cover of the phone in question. The repair guide (Moto E6 Plus, Display repair) you refer me to states them being completely different on the very front page.

Finally got response from Lenovo, forum administrator states it is a Moto E (2020). Pics online appear to be the same. Now to find verifiable replacement parts. Anyone have any ideas there? Thanks.
