Shorting together connectors 2 and 3 fixed my issue of my backlights not turning on.

Dark Nation let us know what voltages it did show you and how you measured it. If your voltages are within acceptable parameter I would turn my attention to the backlight strip. Common issues with Samsung at those models. Of course you can test it by disconnecting the main board from the power board. That will force your backlights on. So if they do not come on you know the issue are the strips.

my volt meter is very hard to read the volts but it read somewhere from the range of 200 - 250 and both D+ measured voltage while grounded and I could read voltage on both D- when reading with either of the D+ and vice versa

Ok voltage seems a little low but it should power up your backlights. Did you disconnect the main board from the power board? Did the backlights turn on?

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

Sorry for a late response but the voltage for them are around 330 range for only both D+ and disconnecting main board did nothing

Okay since your voltage is good and the disconnecting of the main board did not result in a working backlight, the issue appears to be your backlight strips. Time to replace those.

I may have given you some bad information or something but the issue seems to have been my power board or something but I’ve found that shorting connector 2 and 3 together fixes the issue I was having
