Won't turn on even with light power and sound

Okay i have tried just about everything with exception of getting a new power brick or new xbox period

The xbox has power the orange light on the power brick is on i press the on button the xbox light comes on the power brick light turns green i hear the start up sound but then it turns right back off for no reason no start up screen no fix from power cycling i got nothin
