Meg X, If you turn it all the way to the right and it doesn’t turn off then TURNING TO RIGHT makes it colder. Turn to the left and the box turns off then that is warmer. Whatever direction turns it off is the warmer settings. Off is probably 0. Next would be #1 at the warmest setting. #4-5 would be normal and a good setting to start from. #8-9 would be the coldest. Everytime you change your settings, allow 48 hrs for the refer to reach that temperature. If things are freezing, turn to next warmer temp and recheck in 2 days. Hope this helps.
