The number 0 and 4 are not working

I can not get the 4 and 0 to work. It started with the 0 and then the 4. Thought this was because of a dirty contact, but I don't know.

Lisa Bard, microwaves are definitely something that I like to stay away from and suggest to anyone, get a trained technician to work on it. Those things can kill. Just as a guess I would think that the Control Panel Assembly is on the fritz and in need of being replaced. Again, its best to have an expert do that for you.
