Can I replace the power cable with any monitor power cable

I found a 27” Apple Thunderbolt Display on the sidewalk. I’m assuming it’s probably broken, but I thought I’d take a stab at rehabbing it if so.

My first question is about the power cable (the one that powers the display, not the built-in magsafe)—it’s missing. Can I replace it with any old monitor power cable (e.g.) or do I specifically need one with the circle mount?
