Hi, the Fn key doesn't work anymore, it could be fixed? Please help

Suddenly the Fn key of my Keyboard in this model stops working, i make a complete reset of the device, but that doesn’t work. What are de causes of this malfunction and, can be repaired. Thanks in advance.
