Xbox One Wireless Controller (Model 1708)

Xbox One controller was introduced in 2016 with the launch of the Xbox One S and adds Bluetooth support for Windows 10/11. This controller fixes many of the design flaws found on the Model 1537/1697 controllers and is much more reliable. This controller has been replaced with the improved Model 1914 controller.

Controller won't turn on if internal cable is connected.

So, suddenly my xbox controller stopped working. After opening it and wasting a lot of time, I figured out that if the cable that connects bottom to upper motherboard is plugged, the controller isn’t working. If I disconnect that cable, it is powering on normally. Any suggestion how can I solve the troblem?
