I have had the same issue and this is related to using the power button to go on standby or just closing laptop lid. Don't do it. Power button is to tun the computer on only. You should choose sleep mode via the startup button if you want the computer on standby or sleep mode.

I agree with Simone - I’d start by ensuring everything was properly reconnected after your cleaning.
Also, to clarify - what did you specifically do while cleaning your fan? Did you simply dust it with air or a physical duster, or did remove it?
If you moved it at all or removed it for cleaning, there is a high potential likelihood it connected to the heat-dissipation tube that sits directly upon your CPU and you’ve have broken the seal of the thermal paste, requiring its replacement.
*Edit: Even a thermal paste issue likely wouldn’t turn it back off that quick. Check connections, let us know exactly what you did during cleaning the fan, and afterwards confirm the laptop is plugging in and appears to be charging.
That looks like you have near no power in the battery.
