Stuck in a reboot loop I think?

So when I plug my iPad air 1 in, it goes to Apple logo then goes black, and just does this over and over. I hold power and home and it just does the same, sometimes goes into dfu mode when im holding home and power. Well you'd think I should plug into iTunes. Well sad thing with that is, it won't even power on or enter the loop or go into dfu mode when plugged into PC. Hopefully someone out there knows what to do.

hello Benjamin,

it looks like an internal problem after unauthorized repair (quite a common case). iPads are sensitive to the lack of knowledge of technicians, which is why not many of us can work with them. If you fail to complete the restore process from DFU, please find a good repair shop. It will need knowledge and equipment to repair that I suppose you don't have.
