My s10e USB port does charge, but doesn't transfer any data.

I have a snapdragon samsung Galaxy s10e (sm-g9700, hong kong model).

When pluging the device into a pc, the isn’t recognised by the pc, and the device just displays the charge only conection screen.

Previously, i had succesfully conected this device to the same pc using the same cable, and right now i can succesfully conect a Galaxy A50 to the same pc using the same cable.

Any idea on the cause, and a possible fix?
