Replaced or tested just about everything & mower still just clicks

Replaced battery, cables, solenoid, starter, ignition switch & tested battery, cables, solenoid, ground, starter, ignition switch, safety switches, spark plug & wire, ignition coil & engine for lockup but mower still only clicks when trying to start. Click is definitely coming from solenoid but can't figure this one out! Please help, ready to send this mower to scrap yard!!

Can you rotate the engine at all? Take out the sparkplug and see if you can rotate the flywheel at all. If you can it’s probably electrical harness, etc. If you can’t, it’s either seized or broken rod.
