Is it a cracked screen, or tcon board?

Hi guys i have been trying to fix this tv for a few weeks now first the leds shorted causing heat stress to the plug from main to power stips for leds so i repaced the leds and main board once i did that i have light and the logo screen comes on and glitches off in a second and it keeps doing this as pluged in so i removed ones side of tcon board and i get jagged colored horizontal lines insted of blank white on the one side so i am pretty sure i have a damaged screen now right? Such a stressful is all i can say at the moment
