Is there a way to test charge port flex

Is there any way to test the charge port flex ? When plug in the test meter shows .47 and stays there . How can I determine if the charge port flex is bad

When you plug the cord in it sounds and shows charging then it goes away

Connect it to computer, does it register? There are Tristar/port testers you can plug in but first is it in DFU Mode? Will it go into DFU Mode/recovery mode if not and connect. If it is or can connect, will it restore or update without error? You can open it and test with multimeter as well…
