Elitebook 6930p unable to power on only power LED blinking in frequent

My Hp elitebook 6930p unfortunately turn off while doing work.

After that incident when i am going to turn on. It couldn't not power on but only power LED is blinking what should i do?

What kind of fault may be thereon in motherboard please help me……… it's important for me….
