My router will not turn on. I have tried resetting it, moving it to a different location, calling a representative, etc. It simply will not turn on at all; no lights anywhere. How do I fix it?

Xfinity will replace the router, just bring it into one of the stores. Remember you don’t technically own the router! You are leasing it, which is why they need to service it for free!
