Recently I changed my iPhone 6 battery and ever since I have changed it the touch screen is acting weird…. What must have caused it to behave like that?

Another potential problem is if you are not careful when reassembling the iPhone, the top stack of components on the screen can be to out of position. This can cause the phone to close as easily as it should and leave extra pressure on the display.

Sounds like probably just an incomplete seating of as connecter though.

Did you unhook the screen when you changed the battery? It might be a bad connection, try disconnecting the screen and cleaning the connections with a qtip and alcohol. Make sure you disconnect the battery before disconnecting the screen.
