Black screen but keyboard lights turn on

I tried to upgrade my microsoft surface pro to win 10 and ever since I've got nothing but a black screen. It turns on because I can hear it and see the lights on keyboard light up. Also can hear sound when usb is used. I've tried all the reset options on website what else can I do?
