Cursor frozen & Fn key not doing anything

Asus ZenBook UX333 - arrived 2 hours ago, after I installed Yahoo the cursor froze & I can’t use laptop as no mouse. I’ve tried Fn + F6 F7 F9 but nothing.

Help please
