asus q502la doesn't turn on, no indicator lights

my asus laptop doesn’t turn on and doesn’t indicate that it’s charging. i replaced the charger port but it did nothing. any advice is appreciated.

Did you check that the charger 's voltage output is 19V DC, you didn't say?
