Screen very dim after replacement

Guys maybe you can help me, after the screen replacement the brightness of the screen is very very low, almost impossible to see I have to put a light against the screen to see something, what can it be?

Hi Francesco,

It sounds like the backlight on the screen is not working. This may be due to a blown backlight circuit—which may happen if you tried to reconnect the display with the battery attached and powering the logic board.

You can try to carefully re-seat the display connectors (make sure to disconnect the battery first) to see if that will solve the issue.

Thanks, I think you are right, I probably didn't realised when I was connecting the display the battery was still connected. Unfortunately I tryied to re-seat the connectors but nothing changed. Sometimes seems the backlight is coming back, like flashing for one second.
