Car wan't start, anti-theft is flashing rapidly

i have changed some details inside automatic transmission , after that anti theft light start blinking rapidly and car want start .

i have checked all grounds, PCM, BCM but problem still exists

could you please help me

Try resetting the anti-theft by using your valet key to lock then unlock the driver side door.
