Does this have the same video cable reel mechanism as older models?

I had an issue with the video cable on my 2017 model getting damaged due to the reel mechanism they used to make the system thinner. I’m just wondering if they use the same approach in the 16” version or if they found more space and were able to go back to the old more durable way? My question about my previous issue is here: How to replace the cable that connects the display?

In reviewing the MacBook Pro 16" 2019 Teardown and the older MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar 2019 Teardown we can see the design is the same!

But be aware the backlight cable was lengthened in the 2018/2019 models! So far the fix appears to be holding up.
