So my son’s miposaur has been silent for a long time, I took it apart and the connections on the speaker looked fine, not sure how to fix it or if it is fixable, anyone?

Open your MiPosaur, lift up the motherboard, and remove the piece underneath. Now, grab a soldering iron and make sure the wire connections are secure. Be careful!

These are quickly summed-up instructions for re-soldering the cable speaker. Sorry about it sounding a bit harsh.
It will also be difficult to keep the metal terminals in their correct place, due to the four of them springing back up after the piece described is removed. This piece secures the terminals.
Also, check that the MiPosaur was not muted in the MiPosaur App.
