Ever since it has gotten really cold out my 2016 Kia optima EX wont start unless jumped. I press brake and start button it acts like it wants to start (revving up noise) but then stops and won't turn over all the way, their hasn't been any warning/signal lights to let me know something is wrong

I’m not that experienced with cars, but that sounds like the battery is reaching the end of its life. you should be able to get a new one by searching “12 volt lead-acid car battery”

Just to add to the answer when you get the battery replaced get the battery charging circuit (alternator/voltage regulator output) checked as well to ensure that the battery is being charged correctly.
Your present battery is not that old and should have lasted another couple of years yet unless you do a lot of short drives each time you start it and the battery was not being fully recharged on every trip. Over time this leads to a not fully charged battery which is more affected by the cold.
As mentioned by getting your charging system inspected will also let you know if it is overcharging which will also kill your battery in short order. Living in a very dry place such as the desert or mountain top towns will allow the water in the battery to evaporate some killing the battery, so much for maintenance-free battery. It gets cold in the desert at night so just a thought if this is your scenario.
