iPad not recognizing touch even after screen & digitizer replacement

I replaced my screen and digitizer and swapped the home button. Home button works fine but my iPad still doesn’t recognize touch inputs! Any thoughts on what may be wrong? I dropped the iPad, got a heat warning (was also using it in the sun) and touch was not responsive…. same issue now

Since you replaced the screen and taken for granted you’ve already double checked it’s properly connected, there’s nothing left but the circuits controlling the touch on the logic board. Probably the hit from dropping it managed to damage some component. Unfortunately that requires microsoldering, not a DIY repair.
