Marit Johansen what have you checked? Disconnect all input sources from the TV then unplug the TV. Hold the power button down for about a minute. Then plug the TV in and only connect one video source preferable a local one like DVD or BR player. Then try to turn your TV on. Let us know what you get. If that does not work you will have to remove the back from your TV and check the boards for obvious damage like charred or missing components. Post some good images of your boards as well as the interconnect wiring with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see. Also, very for us that your TV model is a Samsung LA40R81B
