Not recognizing Carrier on iPad 2!

What can I do to reset carrier and keep it jailbroken Ihave a verizone CDMA .

I cannot connect with 3 g help

The only thing I can think of would be to go to "Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network Settings" If that doesn't help, you will need to restore and update, which will cause you to lose your jailbreak. There is no way to restore and keep your jailbreak, because restoring will install iOS 4.3.4. It is not possible to downgrade 3G iPad 2s back to 4.3.3 because they use a new system of downgrade protection that hackers have not yet figured out how to bypass.

My iPad won't reset... tries very hard but shuts down 3/4 of the way thru - done the procedure a dozen times with two computers, all software updated, etc.

Called Verizon, thinking the meid number might have a block - but can't get past the operator. What has gone wrong?
