Mi screen don't torn on and is black

My phone turn on but the screen is black, this because one day the screen was freeze and I open the phone without breaking any cable,then I try to take the cable of the battery with a screwdriver but before I take off the cable the screwdriver touch something close to the charging cable then the light from the photo turn on and the screen went black. Can you please tell me what is wrong with me phone and what can I do to fixed.

RATRUX XD “the screwdriver touch something close to the charging cable then the light from the photo turn on and the screen went black” obviously you have shorted out some components. You would at least have to post some good pictures of your motherboard with your question. that way we could all try to identify what may have happened. Adding images to an existing question
